Brief Introduction

The front furnace, convective heat exchange surface and separate parts of the double drum water pipe chain grate boiler are manufactured independently. The welding work is completed in the factory and the welding quality is reliable. The equipment is separated from the factory and installed in a field assembly.
The boiler body is vertically arranged as a single drum. The drum and the water tubes on both sides constitute the radiation heating surface of the furnace, and the convective heating surface is composed of the water pipes and the tube bundles on both sides.
The spiral smoke pipe in the pot drum constitutes the convective heating surface of the fire pipe, and the tube sheet adopts the low stress non-stretching arch tube sheet.
The boiler adopts coal fired chain grate.

How does boiler warranty work?

The subject boiler is covered by a twelve months warranty against mechanical and/ or factory defects from date of test-run or 18 months from the date of shipment whichever comes earlier.
SUTEX shall repair or replace the components, parts or accessories covered by warranty that had become inoperative within the warranty period but not covered caused by faulty operation from the buyer.
SUTEX will provide lifetime service for boiler with cost when its warranty expired.

Who will be fitting my new boiler?

Simply, a local professional boiler installing company will install the subject boiler under SUTEX engineer's instruction and supervision

How long will my installation & commissioning take?

Typically, the whole installation & commissioning work may take 1-4 months based on the subject boiler capacity.

How often should I maintain my boiler?

Daily ash discharge: twice per shift
Daily grate lubrication: twice per shift
Overhaul inspection and maintenance: 1-3 month
