Biref Introduction
YLW biomass fired thermo oil heater surface adopts single furnace or tightening double square coil at the back of which is a serpentine convective heat exchange tube.
Compared with the traditional coal-fired TOH, this type has larger combustion space within the furnace, making the most value of the biomass.
According to the feature of the fuel, this series of combustion equipment adopt the structural of dust accumulation prevention which could reduce dust accumulation in boilers and make it convenient to clean up the dust. For the purpose of reducing accumulation of the dust and improving the heating power of the combustion equipment, the TOH convection heat transfer section adopts high and low staggered row, large spacing and arrangement of soot blowing device ash cleaning device and other measures.
The furnace grate firebox is heightened and the overgrate air is arranged in this equipment. The grate is divided into warehouse air intake, the air volume is adjusted independently, and the grate is steplessly adjusted.
High temperature resistant material grate and reasonable air distribution cooling form are adopted for grate. The grate is reliable in use and has an operational life span.

Q: How do I choose the right boiler?
Firstly, check the actual heat consumption required at present, and discuss with management there are extra heat required or not in next five years.
Secondly, confirm the boiler fuel type, then SUTEX will provide you an optimal boiler that take all factors in consideration.
Q: Can thermal fluids/oil be mixed?
Mixing different fluids and subjecting them to high temperatures can have unpredictable results. In addition, once fluids have been mixed, the baseline analysis of the fluid is no longer applicable making it difficult to perform an annual analysis of the fluid for degradation.
Q: Is there a minimum flow requirement for a thermal oil boiler?
A minimum flow rate is required in order to maintain the appropriate velocities through the boiler/heater. If the velocity is too low the film temperature could increase, potentially destroying the fluid and damaging coil tube.
Q: What is a nitrogen protection?
When an expansion tank is pressurized with nitrogen (to eliminate the possibility of exposure of the fluid to oxygen), it is said to have a nitrogen protection.
Q: How long does an industrial thermal oil boiler last?
The normal service life of a thermal oil boiler is 10 to 20 years, provided that proper care and maintenance routines are applied to the thermal oil and interior of the boiler.

Q: How does boiler warranty work?
The subject boiler is covered by a twelve months warranty against mechanical and/ or factory defects from date of test-run or 18 months from the date of shipment whichever comes earlier.
SUTEX shall repair or replace the components, parts or accessories covered by warranty that had become inoperative within the warranty period but not covered caused by faulty operation from the buyer.
SUTEX will provide lifetime service for boiler with cost when its warranty expired.
Q: Who will be fitting my new boiler?
Simply, a local professional boiler installing company will install the subject boiler under SUTEX engineer's instruction and supervision
Q: How long will my installation & commissioning take?
Typically, the whole installation & commissioning work may take 1-4 months based on the subject boiler capacity.
